Daily Duties at Linc Facility Services:

* Manage the design, construction, renovation, and operation maintenance modifications of new and existing Vanguard facilities. Projects totaled more than $5M and included HVAC-BAS upgrade & retrofit, plumbing renovations, and electrical & fire management system upgrades * Direct & coordinate several project teams consisting of Architects, Engineers, Environmental Consultants, General and specialty contractors, Client Security, Client Telecom and internal Client Departments * Estimate cost of projects, write contracts and specs for labor, materials and equipment for construction, and secure bids from contractors. Negotiate and award subcontracts, analyze competitive projects, and ensure construction stays within budget and on schedule to maintain cost control and schedule metrics for all areas within project life cycle * Directed work sequencing and schedule requirements to expedite project delivery and minimize disruption of ongoing building operations * Inspected existing facilities to ascertain their condition and prepares reports depicting the condition, deficiencies observed, designs necessary for repairs and estimated cost of repairs
