• Drafted new contracts for perspective employees, ensuring unique terms and conditions were contained within each. • Coordinated and established job interviews, screened perspective employees, and managed the entire consultant hiring process. • Developed PowerPoint presentations that were utilized to further educate contract employees of new and changing processes and procedures. Subsequently facilitated the delivery of each presentation in various departmental meetings. • Proposed new strategies that sought to orientate new hires at a quicker and more efficient pace on their first day. • Developed checklists for new consulting associate hires and enhanced existing policies and procedures. • Managed all consultant timekeeping activities, including database system administration. • Organized and maintained all consultant human resource files, ensuring expiring employment agreements were addressed in a proactive manner. • Developed various spreadsheets utilized to monitor and analyze budgets and forecast expenses. • Prepared and reconciled monthly journal entries relative to various miscellaneous expense accounts.
