Daily Duties at Countrywide Financial Corporation:
• Manage assigned lenders and brokers and assists in training, utilizing all company supported products and websites. • Liaison between internal, external customers and sales support by providing technical support, handling incoming calls and responding on all web-email inquiries with regards to products, certified systems (LOS) and upgrade requests. • Responsible for updating status, completing upgrade request and resolving customers issues regarding credit report request, and upgrade requests. • Provided technical support to new or existing customers on all certified Loan Origination System (LOS) with company.
