Daily Duties at Delta Air Lines:

• Handpicked by General Manager (out of 3 co-op students) to be Account Executive on $200,000 2007/2008 SkyTeam Cargo advertising campaign. Worked with Paris based company, BETC Euro, to create designs for advertisements; approved all copies, talent selection, prop use, etc. Coordinated onsite photo shoot in Paris, France of which study abroad experience helped communicate well with creative team. Coordinated hotel accommodations, transportation, and meeting agenda. • Spearheaded Delta Cargo millwork replacement initiative coinciding with corporate re-branding. Coordinated meetings with top 20 Delta Cargo station managers, Corporate Real Estate, Delta Technology, and Lippincott Mercer to design a functional millwork layout to represent the Delta Air Lines’ brand. • Negotiated and bartered 28 magazine advertising insertions, 1 advertising impact study, and 2 editorial pieces for Delta tickets. • Trained and supervised temporary worker to assist with database identification with the Delta Cargo re-brand initiative. • Presented $20,000 communication plan proposal designed to maximize publicity of new Deltacargo.com to Managing Director. Chosen out of 4 full-time employees, because of extensive knowledge of project. As a result, the plan brought customer awareness to the benefits of the new Deltacargo.com accompanying onsite training tutorial. • Created context of Deltacargo.com in creative, effective, and straight to the point manner. Active role in meetings with Delta.com and Digitas to create the new Deltacargo.com layout and imagery (release date: 09/2008). • Coordinated meetings with American Express and Corporate Marketing to determine the best Delta Cargo customer incentive program to accompany the launch of Deltacargo.com. Objective was to create channel shift from booking online rather than through call center. • Worked closely with Consumer Marketing and Corporate Communications to design press releases, direct mailing advertisements, and external fact sheet used for external media sources. • Coordinated participation in 4 national tradeshows dealing with budget and time constraints. • Utilized communication and writing skills to research and create Delta Cargo’s Managing Director speaking points for the 2007 Airport Community Council Conference. • Maintained and analyzed monthly employee sales figures to award representatives for meeting sales goals.
