Processing of payroll for a Non Profit Organization with the Average of 300 employees. ? Input data from time sheets, production records and Fee for service statements into a computerized payroll system. ? I was also responsible for balancing payroll runs, producing Federal, State and Local tax reports. Answering employee questions and troubleshooting issues. Ensuring that computing withholding or deductions associated with net pay was done properly. Processing garnishment deductions and pension enrollment. Organizing and reviewing of forms associated with federal State and local authorities, such as W-2’s. Distribution of paychecks or arranging of direct deposit. Ensuring that payroll records were updated and reports were completed bi-weekly.
