Expanded Global Manufacturing Infrastructure and Facilities –Responsible for 3 to 5 major capital projects at any given time, with project budgets ranging from $60 million to $200 million. Developed, implemented and directed budgets and schedules for facilities to expand operational capacity for domestic and international products in support of business growth. Ensured effective interface, cooperation and coordination between research and development, engineering, clinical development, operations, purchasing, logistics, clinical manufacturing, regulatory affairs, marketing and distribution.
