Daily Duties at L. S. Mechanical Corp.:
• Provided administrative, clerical & bookkeeping duties. Proficient use of Microsoft Office, proficient use of Professional QuickBooks Pro for: Accounts payable & receivable, invoices, reconciliation of three bank accounts, purchase orders, reports and time sheets, payroll hours, call-in. • Tracking of union employees hired or laid off, their hours, inputting and processing of hours and payments to the unions and benefits. • That all contracts & related documents are in order & processed. Proper insurance certificates are obtained and sent out for each individual project. • Vendor & equipment tracking from purchasing to receiving. Obtaining quotes for equipment. • Request information for bids, keeping track of bids, faxing information to companies for those bids. • Organize and maintain files, including timely & accurate document filing, special project coordination, including proper follow up and through to completion of projects. Manage and distribute general telephone messages and mail, purchased office supplies and stationery, used internet for research, ordering and other required functions daily, performed other related duties as required. • Excellent cordial relations with the contacts I speak with at the major construction corporations we did business with that are located throughout the USA & Canada. Also, with various Unions that we hire out of.
