Daily Duties at Caldor's:
Toy Dept Mgr-recorded stock levels, plan-o-grams and upkeep, ad sets, daily ops to keep dept running at maximum level. Customer service functions, register (when needed), manager on duty, and scheduling and training of employees. Was awarded "Manager of the Month after 1st month of employment. Sales ranked 4th overall for this Class "A" store, in our last quarter, and 1st in the region, and toy books sales during the Christmas season was 2nd overall for the toy book sales under my efforts.
