Daily Duties at Alliance Media:
? Responsible for analyzing media spending of various clients on a geographic market level, comparing regional advertising spending against sales data, demographics, and media penetration, in order to recommend a more effective media buy based off of client specific directives, sales trends, annual expenditure/budget constraints, and estimated ROI. ? Examined data from multiple sources to evaluate the performance of current advertising practices. ? Conducted ad hoc analyses based to better understand regional characteristics surrounding the sales trade area of the clients’ retail stores. ? Presented company developed software to clients, trained new users and provided ongoing consulting services to assure productive use of leased programs. ? Manipulated sales data, creating logic counter variables in order to establish needed criteria for market analyses. ? Monitored the performance of given stores in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the media buy, adjusting advertising expenditure accordingly.
