Logged user issues and requested enhancements, communicating issues to technology development. ? Provided subject-matter expertise regarding the company’s data warehouse and OLAP tool for internal and external users. ? Monitored customer usage of proprietary software to identify customer workflow improvements and other selling opportunities. ? Interpreted attributes and metrics on behalf of customers and internal clients in order to develop meaningful reports. ? Generated reports measuring customer workflow metrics, comparing results against national and state level industry metrics, peer data, and historical data. ? Monitored sales pipelines, reported on sales force progress based on CRM program.
