Business Development Manger: Delphi Automotive Systems - Closed new business in 2000 totaling $3.4 million revenue - Customer interface for business requirements - Proposal creation; technical business solution analysis; project estimation - Successful completion of internal corporate audit for account growth plan, sales strategies,customer support plan - Development and Implementation of account process for tracking and billing of projects ? Account Manager: GM Trade Management System - Completion of new development project totaling $4.5 million within schedule - Increase internal profit margins by 20% - Customer contact for project development, requirements gathering, and technical design for several small application development projects. - Utilized off-shore resources for application development projects, production support, and customer help support functions - Key projects were utilized in division’s successful assessment to CMM Level 3 - Creation and negotiation of $15 million operating contract, including scope of work, financial obligations, program metrics, staffing, quality controls and technical application detail and support ? Strategic Program Manager: GM Billing /Accounting System; Vehicle Registration System - Project Manager for several large application development and application consolidation projects to include the combining of the accounts receivable, general ledger, non vehicle billing and tax systems for several major automotive divisions. - Completion of global new development project totaling $11.5 million within schedule and budget. Staff of 60 programmers, analysts, and database designers; direct customer interface for all aspects of project financial planning, development, design, and implementation; responsible for project planning and scheduling. - Technical design and development for several mainframe application development projects using COBOL II, DB2, IMS DC; SLC and SDP-21 formal design methodologies; CMM Level 3 project management and development quality process. Utilized standard data modeling and process modeling structures and worked with DBAs to create and maintain databases. Responsible for entire project lifecycle from initiation through implementation; completed all project estimates, requirement documentation, issue resolution, technical design, database design, and managed construction effort and implementation. Trained and utilized formal process and data modeling techniques for DB2 database design and application development.
