Daily Duties at Sunrise Hill Care Center:

CNA,provide activities of daily living to elderly clients.Ambulation,ROM, bathing,sponge baths,temperatures,notifying charge nurse of resident changes of condition.Providing oral cares,lotion massages. Also worked as part time activities aide three hours daily for two years along with being a CNA. Worked as second shift charge nurse for three months after obtaining license as LPN.Performed med pass, treatments,documentation,MD orders,weekly and Medicare documentation.
