LPN Charge Nurse,Medication pass,Txs, MD orders,Head to toe assessments.Weekly and Medicare documentation.Also worked as Rehab Nurse and Dept.Head of Rehab Nursing. Provided programs set up by OT,PT&ST.MDS coding of Rehab sections of MDS and RAPS completion.Inventory of Rehab supplies,daily and weekly progress reports of Restorative program progress.
