Daily Duties at St. Matthew's:
Direct complex projects from concept to fully operational; ensuring organizational goals are achieved and project deadlines are timely. Oversee operations budget, accounts payable and receivable and conduct financial analysis and projections. Interface with media outlets for the purpose of marketing and advertisements. Manage client services and resolve client relations issues for more than 10 thousand clients Recruit, train, manage and evaluate employees and or volunteers Create & Implement business strategies Create job descriptions, and confidential materials for grievance and other personnel-related meetings. Develop and implement standard operating policy and procedures for several entities of St. Matthew’s.
