Daily Duties at Lenscrafters:
- Sold and promoted eyewear and assorted accessories by asking lifestyles and usage questions which increased sales, customer service, and patients’ product knowledge. - Trained and coached sales associates on selling and promoting eyewear and assorted accessories by asking lifestyles and usage questions which increased sales, customer service, and patients’ product knowledge. - Made appointments, pre-tested, and prepped patients for eye exam which increased the accuracy of their eyewear prescriptions. - Maintained and repaired patients’ eyewear which taught patients how to use their eyewear correctly. This helped to maintain the quality of the eyewear and to minimize the damages. - Calculated and explained patients’ insurance benefits which let them know the eyewear items that are covered by their insurance.
