Daily Duties at Kaiser Permanente:

- Assisted doctors, medical assistants, and nurses on the usage of Epic, a computer based medical record keeping system, during clinical on-site support for both Go-Live and Post Go-Live Activities in the Medicine, Medicine Specialities, and Pediatrics Department. - Prepared materials such as workflows so that doctors, medical assistants, and nurses have instructions and procedures on how to use the Epic system in their daily work. - Took notes during Policy and Implementation sessions for the Medicine Department so that clinicians’ and providers’ questions can be researched and answered. - Resolved technical issues such as printer and computer malfunctions so that these equipments can function properly and efficiently.
