• Manage property Management Company of three partners, four agents, and six additional employees. • Enter leases and resident information in system; enter and coordinate maintenance request; sent late notice; file evictions. • Produce monthly charges on the first of the month; run rent roll; enter check fees; enter move outs; maintain resident files. • Enter invoices; deposit checks; enter invoices and deposits in REMANAGE system; file invoices and deposits; post and cut checks. • Website maintenance; enter employee time; order business cards; sort and distribute mail; maintain cleanliness of office.
