Experience planning and executing two successful commercial property turn-arounds. Implemented cost savings, facilities upgrades and reduced vacancy rates to achieve portfolio cap rate growth of 9.0%.n Requested, reviewed, qualified and awarded bids for annual maintenance, contracted repairs and facilities upgrades.
