Daily Duties at Resource Mortgage:

Loan process from origination to loan funding. Back up underwriter/receptionist/phone administrator on multi line phone system. Produced and maintained company protocol forms through MS Word and Excel for use in daily procedures such as processing/closing/underwriting checklist, customer application and closing questionnaires, post closing document review forms and processing/closing procedural manual. Contact with both customers, agents, attorneys, title companies and management officials on a daily basis.
