Daily Duties at H And R Block :
Tax preparation for current and previous three years, client retention through excellent service, and cold calling, client service coordination as needed, distributing tax and financial advice in accordance with products available through HSBC bank and H and R block services and products. Reviewing contracts for loans and privacy agreements. Providing 100’s with a worry free 2006/2007/2008 tax season. Daily operation of the tax office to include but not limited to supervision, scheduling of tax professionals and client service coordinator personnel, marketing for the office, corrections of tax returns as needed, opening, closing, end of day and monthly auditing.
