Daily Duties at Star Tribune:
Develop plans to increase Auto Pay customers, retain customers, provide training for up to 50 customer call representatives as needed, monitor and provide positive feedback for customer service representatives, develop and implement new marketing concepts, manage VIP phone lines, emails and customer databases, create spreadsheets via Excel and Access, process VIP correspondence including all letters to customers, Better Business Bureau and Attorney General’s office, manage V.P. of circulation customer service, publisher and other lines, manage resource communications sharing knowledge and expertise with customer service representatives and field, process credit card and check payments, resolve customer billing inquiries updating customer’s accounts, provide daily coordination and update reports regarding the daily distribution circulation including alternative products, maintain transaction processing for alternative products including address maintenance, start and service information including email communications, communicate between field and fleet of production and delivery issues on a regular basis, schedule field service calls between field and customers with periodic address check scheduling as needed .
