Daily Duties at Adot/Materials Group:
Provide entry level Administrative duties for the Construction and Materials group. Answer incoming calls from vendors and or customers. Distribute incoming US Postal mail as well as interoffice mail. Accept packages from FedEx, UPS and Office Max. Processing of Charges for the labs, input of data entry into the Advantage System and Access Data Base (testing charges.)Organized and maintained Motor Pool Vehicles for the Materials Group. Including maintenance and scheduling of the motor pool vehicles. Perform other duties as assigned.
