Daily Duties at Adot/Materials Group:

Ordering and paying of bills, sending original invoices to account payable after processing within Advantage System. Maintain filing, records and other Materials information. Assist with maintenance of databases, preparation of presentations as well as setting up travel, seminars and conferences. Provide training and guidance to staff members of policies, procedures and guidelines. I applied and obtained the EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity Counselor) for the Materials Group. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge of State statues and Agency standards and practices, policies and procedures regarding purchasing, safety, vehicle usage, personnel, records storage/retention and travel; effectively maintain office records and understand the importance of accurate information. Personal skills include organized, self-starter, dedicated, loyal and learn quickly. Communicate well in orally or computer/written abilities. Proficiently operate office equipment, including PC, fax machine, copier, scanner, 10-key by touch, printer, multi-line phone. Skillfully research resources to resolve or comply with concerns; strong, effective use of computer equipment, programs and software to accomplish a variety of tasks. Enter into payroll computer system (HRMS) and do all necessary amendments. I have excellent customer service, public relations, work habits, conscientious, dependable. Assume reception duties when necessary.
