Daily Duties at Associated Help For The Retarded Children:

Worked with special adult population along with disadvantaged youth, preparing population for the work force. Placed twelve or more clients a quarter into productive jobs. Provided interview and job skill coaching to clients referred by Case Managers, matching population to appropriate job opportunities based on education, skills, and experience. Worked along side Owners to ensure growth and productivity. Contacted companies, networked with various organizations, Chambers of Commerce, and community programs pitching Company's Missions and Objectives to Owners, managers, and HR Personnel.
