Daily Duties at Crosswinds Development Management:
? Manage project document controls for Schools Construction project. Point person for receiving, preparing, faxing, filing, scanning and tracking all project related documents. ? Assist Project Manager in monitoring day to day interaction with sub-contractors, client, city and state departments. ? Prepare, log and track all payment requisitions and change orders. ? Experience with project administration from start of Elementary School project to finish. Facilitated the set-up of site trailer, to school construction through to completion of final DCA inspections and close out.
