Daily Duties at New Jersey Dept. Of Banking & Insurance:

Supervision of 4 lower level employees. Ordering of supplies for staff of 35. Placing special orders as needed. Stamping in mail with accurate date. Inserting the correct pages into company manuals which are available to the public for review. Insertions are very tedious and you must pay very close attention as there are errors made by analysts who prepare the forms as well as the supervisors. You are not only the inserter but the ultimate reviewer. Answering incoming telephone calls regarding making new filings, status of old filings, and also routing calls that do not belong in our section.

What they like about New Jersey Dept. Of Banking & Insurance:

The social vibrance of a hiring firm is very important to you. Your ability to make and maintain friendships there is a critical part of your decision. You would likely be dissatisfied with a workplace that is quiet, cold, or otherwise not particularly social. When you investigate a new hiring company, ask recruiters, managers, and potential co-workers about the social life and opportunities there. This is especially important when you are relocating; moving dramatically alters your social sphere both inside and outside the workplace.
