Daily Duties at Tracfone Wireless:
Assisted customers in the programming of their pre-paid cell phones, dealt with product queries, diffused customer conflict via company sponsored training which included conflict resolution and intent listening workshops, troubleshooted phones and lines with Telecommunications carriers to include Cingular and Alltell networks, delegated work to a 2-3 member group, data entry, activated and deactivated phone lines when needed, assisted Canada call center in troubleshooting and Standard Operating Procedures.
