Daily Duties at Aol Llc:
- Provide executive management with Member Satisfaction Indexing (MSI). - Develop web applications in Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari that generate dynamic reports based on user input. - Convert manual Excel reports to automatic/dynamic web applications. - Support 2 analysts in India that assist in MSI and data reporting. - Manage and train 2 employees as they update various database driven web pages. - Point of Contact for questions or problems for departmental reporting or web designing.
