Daily Duties at Wow! Internet.Cable.Phone:
Served as the regional contact for 300 employees for HR related issues to include; administration of benefits, leaves of absences, 401K, worker’s compensation, and unemployment claims. Administered human resource management programs covering several or all of the following: Recruiting, benefits, training, employee relations, and safety. Supports the recruiting process by placing job postings, both internally and externally, organizing incoming applications and maintaining appropriate applicant flow records. Facilitate all new hire orientation sessions. Process payroll on a weekly basis in an accurate and timely fashion. Facilitate annual Discrimination and Harassment training sessions. Prepare department monthly report for HR Manager to review. Works closely with the HR Manager in proactively identifying and coordinating communication and activity supporting a positive work environment.
