Led and/or supported all stages for 6 diverse product development projects: Consumer Credit Product Implementation/Launch, Consumer Prepaid Launch and Development, Verified by Visa, Consumer Prepaid Products Category, Bill Payment Initiative, and Issuer Originated Payments. Consulted on strategic planning, documentation, and end user/customer training. Created product training curriculum and materials for member financial institutions, as well as new Visa USA Prepaid Program Guidelines.
