Responsible for the daily operations of the company. This included maintaining full insurance coverage of cargos from pick-up point, warehousing, vessel transit and delivery transit points. Handled customer inquiries and follow ups, dispatch drivers, accounts payable and receivable, preparation of company reports, employee assessments and development, and company events. Was also responsible for marketing strategies and promotions. Handled the manifest and master instructions for each outgoing and incoming shipments.
