Daily Duties at Department Of Children & Families:
-Supervised four supervisors -Supervised and coordinated the activities of the Cash and Budget Section which included covering negative release and disbursement balances, auditing and signing vouchers, preparing payroll projections and certified forward payroll, and preparing and submitting payroll warrant cancellations -Supervised and coordinated the Reconciliation Section which included reconciling and correcting both state and local funds -Supervised and coordinated the Cash Receipts Section which included depositing funds, recording the deposits and warrant cancellations. -Supervised and coordinated the Warrant Distribution Section which included maintaining vouchers and mailing warrants to vendors
