-Coordinated the work of two employees in the Accounting & Reporting Section; this included the administering, coordinating, reviewing, and training on warrant cancellations, state and local fund reconciliations, and prompt payment compliance reporting -Coordinated the year-end closing activities -Coordinated, trained and prepared the agency’s financial statement forms -Administered and maintain the Payroll Management System -Served a the FLAIR and RACF Access Control Custodian -Maintained, established and updated the FLAIR Title Files and Expansion Option Files -Served as the coordinating agency finance officer for the disaster related events -Developed, documented and reviewed accounting policies and procedures and internal control -Created and uploaded batch transactions into FLAIR
