Daily Duties at Department Of Community Affairs:
-Managed and supervised the activities of the Disbursement Section which included Contracts, My Florida Market Place, Travel, cutting checks from the Revolving Fund and reconciling the Revolving Fund, covering negative release and disbursement balances, auditing/signing vouchers and P-Card -Managed and supervised the activities of the Revenue Section which included reconciling funds, establishing/updating the FLAIR Title Files and Expansion Option Files, recording revenue, cash analysis, investing and liquidating funds, recording allotments, preparing financial statement forms, setting up certified forward payables, and disbursing warrants. -Overseer of the monthly management report which included analyzing, making correction and submitting finding to appropriate staff to correct.
