Daily Duties at Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. :
Responsible for receiving notification data from Investors, coordinating transfers to SPS's servicing platform in a timely and accurate manner. Work closely with the previous mortgage servicing companies to ensure that all payments, information, and data files are sent to us correctly, and according to government rules and regulations. That the data being sent to us is correct as is exchanged from one servicer to the other. Prepared weekly and month end reports and reviewed monthly compliance levels to analyze and resolve any issues. Assisted in writing processes and procedures to ensure the highest compliance levels were maintained. Communicated in writing, via email and telephone with prior servicers, banks, and investors, to ensure RESPA timelines, FDCPA, and all government regulations were met.
