Daily Duties at Harley Davidson, Inc.:

Full responsibility for $25 million Porsche/Harley-Davidson joint venture established to produce the company’s first ever water-cooled motorcycle engine. Established and managed joint venture business including P&L, organizational structure development, manufacturing process development, capital equipment procurement, strategic planning, resource planning, “green field” factory start-up, plant wide policies, procedures, and production objectives.
