Created and implemented comprehensive needs assessment to help forecast demand for services and obtain commitment from clients. Received award for most sales in a month by a financial representative in our office for March 2007. Communicate with clients, making sure their needs are met, any problems are resolved and any claims are taken care of promptly and accurately, leading to greater client satisfaction and loyalty. Train new financial representatives about our services and how to present them to prospective clients, both in the office and in the field.
