Daily Duties at Ymca Of The Usa:
While functioning as a liaison between the general public, local YMCA’s and internal departments, assisted with management reporting, and tracking of customer needs and concerns. Supported both internal and external customers in a help desk/webmaster capacity while troubleshooting two internal websites and one external website while managing database updates as necessary. Highlights: -Created a customer service process for e-mail inquiries, including devising and maintaining templates for responses, resulting in an increased volume of e-mail inquiries from below 100 to over 300 daily. -Designed a process to efficiently respond to customer requests, internal and external, resulting in a reduced turnaround time of 24-48 business hours. -Managed customer inquiries and administered resolutions, including researching and resolving certification issues and providing referrals to local YMCAs or other external organizations. -Served as a contributing member to a cross-departmental training project.
