Daily Duties at Solvang Retirement Community:

I was administering a 100 unit retirement facility with full institutional kitchen and common areas. My responsibilities included marketing, leasing, supervision of meal preparation and presentation, maintenance and activities. I managed thirty-four employees, met with residents and reported directly to the owner of the facility.
