Daily Duties at Channel Blade Technology:
Network Administrator/Desktop Support – Responsibility includes building and maintenance company servers, desktops and laptops, install/upgrade software and hardware, manage exchange server. Using Dell OpenManagement System to administrate Windows Servers 2000/2003 and clustered storage in a Domain environment. Manage Web Servers through IIS 6.0. Review and respond to security threats on a daily basis with MS Network Monitor. Troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity problems associated with the Entire Internal network. Other responsibility includes – company security system, primary security contact and rotating 24x7 on-calls on phone and rotating on-call pager.
