Daily Duties at Spherion:
April, 2004- November, 2004 Spherion Contact Center Representative 1. Handle inquires and issue resolution on tier one level calls to include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and affiliate vendor questions. Other business groups and/or tier structures could be included long-term, as deemed feasible. 2. Provide a single point of contact for employees, offices, business units, and vendors to field and address issues. 3. Resolve issues and inquires for customers- employees, offices, business units and vendors to field and address issues. 4. Coordinate with and between all CSC/AOC and CS departments and their employees, offices, business units, and vendors to resolve issues. 5. Track all issues and issue resolution activity (incoming calls, outbound calls, e-mails, walk-ups, etc.) 6. Deliver, or exceed customer service support to pre-defined performance levels. 7. Identify opportunities to improve the customer service or customer exchange process and support technology. 8. Participate in functional cross training of customer exchange issue resolution
