Daily Duties at Acs:

Electronic Toll Collection and Toll Evasion management program for the 9 county S.F. Bay Area bridges. Management responsibility for $18m Project P&L, Budget, Planning, Operations, and Quality. Primary point of contact to the client, Bay Area Toll Authority/Metropolitan Transportation Commission, for contractual performance and maintenance. Achieved 34 consecutive months of 100% satisfaction for 21 contract performance standards, at 30% profit to plan margin. President’s Club Award Winner, 2008.
