Daily Duties at Verizon:
Team Leader Composed procedural documentation for use throughout director organization Used company-specific database to input electronic timesheets for 10 direct reports Approved weekly payroll report for these employees Supervised up to 7 union-represented Service Representatives and subsequently 10 union-represented Engineering Assistants responsible for issuing orders and designing high-capacity circuits for multiple Interexchange Carriers Exceeded workgroup objective (95%) for on-time delivery of firm order confirmations to customers Resolve complex circuit provisioning issues related to Access Service Request (ASR) processing, order issuance and circuit delivery Interface with multiple Interexchange Carriers to clarify circuit provisioning requirements and remove roadblocks related to timely circuit delivery Utilize company-specific applications as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to accomplish on-time circuit provisioning, interface with Interexchange Carriers and create training materials Customer Service Administrator Guided up to 20 union-represented employees holding 6 different job titles in providing special circuits to Interexchange Carriers. Demonstrated initiative and learning ability by achieving proficiency in the area of facility assignment primarily by means of on-the-job training Analyzed system generated data exceptions to determine root cause and corrective action for data exceptions
