Daily Duties at Jewish Hospital/Our Lady Of Peace:

•Liaison for program director, manager, nurse manager, and staff within 3 specialized units •Track attendance and payroll for employees •Coordinate unit operations: staff meetings, employee training, and other various unit activities •Assess departmental needs of inventory, purchasing and delivery •Trained in CPR, Safe Crisis Management (SCM), sanitation for food service managers, patient intervention plans (PI Pans) •Update and train staff on policy changes •Assist with adolescents and children with mental and developmental disorders •Supervise and counsel patients with severe mental, behavioral, physical, and other disorders such as autism, developmental disorders •Teach daily life and survival skills •Collaborate with staff to provide adequate inpatient care, implementing prevention plans •Coordinate engaging groups that provides treatment for aggressive children and adolescents
