Provided Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Support for Salon equipment manufacturer. ? Install and repair product, troubleshoot problems in the field. ? Analyzed test results to ensure existing functionality and recommended corrective action. ? Provided daily communications with customers to ensure problem resolution and follow-up while leading to customer loyalty and satisfaction.
