Daily Duties at South Orange Wellness & Injury Center:

• Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while preserving strict confidentiality. • Supervised a staff of 12 employees and directed the flow of patients throughout the office. • Oriented and instructed new patients including checking intake paperwork for completeness and accuracy. • Coordinated a successful holiday party for over 150 doctors and attorneys, including planning and executing the invitation list, invitations, banquet hall, menu, and party. • Responsible for selecting and implementing health insurance benefits for staff. • Administrative duties including filing, answering phones, managing mail, ordering office supplies, and assisting doctors and director of operations with projects.
