Daily Duties at Candler Steel, Inc.:
Answering Multi-Line Phone System Directing calls, taking messages Assisting potential customers/employees Various computer work including spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, Microsoft Word, email Preparing/delivering bank deposits Creating material lists from blueprints & Data Entry into Structural Steel Management software to determine ordering Managed/Maintained good working relationships with numerous suppliers/contractors Research, quote & purchase office supplies &/or any equipment needed in our fabrication shop Running errands Creating delivery/receivable tickets Technical needs in office Creating graphical images for company shirts, letterhead, fax cover sheets, etc. for office Assisting President & V.P. & other office managers of company with billing of completed projects &/or any request asked Day-to-day management of inventory levels Working with accounts manager,shop foremen & QC to address material issues &/or problems Help set parameters for inventory purchases & replenishments
