Daily Duties at At&T:

Develop and manage sales incentives that align with company strategic goals -Forecast sales for a variety of products and services -Set sales quotas to meet budget goals -Prepare Operation Reviews for Executive Management -Monitor and analyze Customer Satisfaction programs - Manage Capital projects with budgets in excess of $7 million -Oversee all sales training for 1000+ sales professionals -Manage the distribution strategy for 140 company owned locations and 240 partner locations -Departmental liaison for cross-departmental projects
