Daily Duties at Rolls Royce Corporation:
• Led committee to the selection of Engine Tracking System (ETS) database for the LHTEC CTS800 engine • Manage ETS development through out entire project life cycle. • Maintain positive relationship with vendor and assure contract requirements are fulfilled • Evaluate cost, usability, manpower, current ETS features used by other engine programs within Rolls-Royce for suitability • Lead periodic audits with LHTEC to ensure system performance and meets customer needs • Resolve inputs from customers, field reps, and internal LHTEC employees to draft enhancements when new system functions are necessary • Analyze, manage & develop Statement of Works, within budget, for yearly system enhancements • Generate and analyze data for reporting • Facilitate training sessions, both web-based and in person, for new users • Perform general maintenance for system up-keep • Led and managed completion of SSP (System Security Policy spec) for Rolls-Royce IT Security & Ethics Department for the ETS • Assure ETS is in compliance with ITAR regulations • LHTEC Operating Procedures to comply with procedure escapes from business audit committee • Develop training and maintain system documentation
