Daily Duties at General Motors Service Parts Operations:
Responsible for integrating Saturn industry best practices within GMSPO’s RIM application and Supply Chain and Logistics systems. Global RIM coordinator, responsible for managing enhancements to the RIM system for 26 countries and ~8,400 dealers. Responsible for managing global metrics of RIM system to ensure application is delivering expected results and developing and implementing action plans when expected results are not achieved. Work with multiple IT vendors on enhancements and operational support of RIM system. Responsible for coordinating annual Global budget for RIM system.
